The basics

HydroHaven (“we,” “us”) operates this store. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping and Returns policies, which are part of this agreement.

Products

We sell residential water filtration equipment and accessories through authorized US distribution. Product descriptions are believed accurate; specifications and certifications should be confirmed on the Specifications tab of each product page. If we make an error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

What our products are — and aren't

Our systems are water treatment appliances, not medical devices. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, or prevents any disease. Contaminant-reduction statements reflect manufacturer-published, third-party-certified test data only. Consult your doctor about health questions and test your water to choose the right system.

Installation

We recommend installation by a licensed plumber and compliance with local plumbing codes and permits. We are not liable for damage arising from installation, improper use, or failure to follow the manufacturer's manual.

Orders & payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay installments via Shopify's secure checkout. We may cancel any order for any reason before shipment (suspected fraud, pricing error, state restriction) and refund you in full.

Subscriptions

Filter Auto-Ship renews per your chosen schedule until you skip, pause, or cancel from your account. We'll email you 7 days before each renewal shipment. Cancel anytime — no fees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
