What we collect
When you shop with us, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), shipping/billing addresses, and order details. If you join our email list or Filter Auto-Ship, we keep your email and subscription preferences. We use Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your full credit card number.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, send order updates and tracking, manage your filter subscription, and — only if you've opted in — send product news and filter reminders. Every marketing email and text includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery), who are bound by their own privacy obligations.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and standard analytics to understand how the store is used and improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser; the store still works.
Your rights
Email support@hydrohaven.us to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data. California residents: we comply with CCPA disclosure and deletion requests at the same address.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
